Justin, so precious seeing you w/your Daddy. You look just like him & Master Brody looks just like his Big Sister & Mamma but I know he's your little man. You're training him right, when he gets older, he will not depart from it as I see the way your Daddy did for you. We struggle and may wander, but the Lord welcomes us back when we come back to our roots and our faith. This episode really touched me and warmed my heart. You're a good man Justin. Blessing and Love to you, Michelle & the children and all the critters....and Roscoe 🐕

@@SpiritoftheOutdoorsamen. You don’t know how true that is. God comes swiftly sometimes. He came for my momma like that. She was here one minute and gone the next basically. So I don’t blame you at all. All I have now are pictures and a few old videos on the camcorder and phone. 😢 I know she’s with Jesus though and that is my biggest comfort in this world. She was praising Jesus just basically minutes before she was taken. ❤🙌🏼🙏🏼

Morning Justin, good harvest brother. Don't know if ya ever tried a paint brush to clean ur mushrooms but it woks very good. I use a medium stiff bristles 2in or sometimes I will use a 2-3 in hog bristles brush for them pesky bugs then I'll put em in some salt water over nite to finish any that I may have missed. Works for me. Anyway Awsome video I'm sure ya'll enjoyed that meal. As for them, Aminal folks who have sensitive eyes n hearts , God put everything on earth for us to use wether good or bad. We had squirrels getting in our garden ,they ate all my fall beet seedlings and swiss chard ! I got so mad ! Ive tried everything to get them out. So i seen one in the garden last week from my window. I went and told my son to get his gun and see if he could get him. I dont like doing that bc we live in a subdivision. But it was the squirrel or my tomatos. So he got his gun silently opened our patio door and got him right behind the ear first try! Oh he was so proud of himself! It was his first kill at 17. Weve been meaning to go hunting and jusr haven't had the time. He was so excited he called up his buddies to go get a few more for dinner. Where we live our back yard is right by a big wooded area and creek. So they went in there and got 3 more! Nobody called the police thank the lord. We have some nosey neighbors, that may freak out and call us killers if they knew we were eating squirrel we killed. Thats what i hate the most about living in a sub division. I can't wait to get out and go back to the mountains. My family us from Estill county Kentucky and i grew up hunting and fishing and breaking green beans 😅 So i try to teach my kids the same. Its just hard in this area. Where we are is not too populated but its still not country.

Hey Justin! The life of any prey animal... squirrels, rabbits, etc., is shockingly hard, short, and usually ends violently! It's not like they are endangered, and if their populations are not controlled in leads to a whole new set of problems. Life in the Wild of Ma Nature is not a Disney Movie. Roscoe catching one ranks right up there with you catching a fish with no hook!
