This is good and I am surprised not watched more extensively. I saw in the Sunday Times (here in the UK) last week that a farming family in Scotland were making 500 litres a day of Vodka from potatoes and selling it for £40 a bottle. Given that you can buy a sack of potatoes for £3 here in Somerset that is a pretty good business....well made video.
