If hammer knew Deegan was coming in like that he would've hit the brakes as well. Emig did that alot and knew the risk. Didn't always pan out. Hammer did it in the lcq and left room... came over gradually. Not a dive to the inside to basically stop traffic so HE can go as he pleases. He left room. To HELP reduce the risk of crashes. The thing that needs to be addressed here is the card girl almost becoming a step-on-step-off obstacle. And for the love of God can they please fly one of those drones in front of the gate before the race starts so we at home can see where everyone is lined up? And how could there be no mention of Nick Romano's crash in the LCQ?

AMA supercross and FELD or whoever runs the show is one step above a county fair Saturday night Moto. Completely a joke- I mean you can’t even watch it on cable at 1am Sunday morning on a 600 channel. Women’s college softball has more airtime.
@jonbower1949 ай бұрын
The ama is a joke. When he went off track he was 5 feet behind, when he re-entered he was still 5 feet behind, so if he is to be penalized the guy in front of him has to be also.

Yes. And don't act like a crybaby when you don't get your way. Ride aggressive all you want. Idc. Just don't point fingers and throw tantrums every week when you're part of the problem. Be a man. Deegan brought way too much drama to this sport.

The danger zone looks a little different from this angle. He's still young and learning how to control all that passion. I love watching this kid. Things can't always go your own way. Can't wait for next weekend!

It is what it is. How many of the people on here were a factory pro at 17? NONE ! Its easy to talk crap about something you have never experienced. Hes still a kid.

Deegan behaves like a child on and off the track which forces the ama to parent him and his father to continue to parent him. Despite being 18, he’s still a child. Jett has had tantrums this year as well. Hopefully someone doesn’t get hurt the next time they act like a baby when something doesn’t go their way.

This is insane as he stayed with the flow of all the riders that went off in the same spot. Why don’t we see multiple personnel penalized for this incident. As he was in a line of motorcycles, going off course in the same spot

Anyone remember Loretta's when he cut the track on the start and went from mid pack to second!!!! It's becoming very apparent that when he gets a bad start, he begins to crumble and make bad decisions. Deegan is the second coming of 800!!!!!!! The hype ultimately never materialized, Deegan is on the same path. Good, but not great!

Just another opinion on this. One it’s easy to look at it as being over reacting but this is the second time Hammaker has cause a wreck with Deegan on a start. Not condoning the action after by any means but would understand the frustration and maybe we need to be asking why this keeps happening on starts with a professional rider. The gain of position is give or take with the little pile up there. I’m always a little unsure on what the really consider when docking position. When Macadoo messed up in Daytona it looked like he chose to go off track instead of continue on track to not lose any more positions yet that was fine?. Last the bump looked more to be a race thing where he wasn’t going to give up the line that they were about the same going into. Happy for Vialle though!

i think he’s frustrated that every pile up or first turn incident he’s been in this year has been with the same guy, he tries to get good starts then stuff like this happens not a good look by any means but i understand where he’s coming from

The main issue was pussifying the track by eliminating the whoop section making it a Pee Wee track… boring, uneventful and virtually zero passing area… what a waste of the viewers time …. The highlight was CW clipping that ding bat Monster girl….

@bradsanders69549 ай бұрын
The more the AMA lets riders smash into other riders obviously directly on purpose, the more it will happen, especially in the 250 class. Deegan lined up Shockt and drilled him to gain a position. Hymas drilled a guy in his heat, then got bashed off track in the main by that same guy. Both obviously take out moves. Its all good. Professional racing should be professional.
