I actually had the worst acne of my life when I used to shower every day. I was told that showering strips the hair and skin of natural oils and it makes the body compensate by producing even more oil, which is kinda wild. So I tried reducing showers to 3-4 days, and yeah, my acne got a lot better. It's different for everyone, I think. Once every 10 days is a bit extreme though.

One of the worst parts about government spending is that a budget must all be spent by the end of the financial year, or you lose it. I do some relatively small-scale budgeting as part of my job, but it's so frustrating to know that if I could just save a grand from one year into the next, I'd be able to buy something we actually need. Fun fact. I spent a year only scrub washing my body every 2 day because I’m weird and like to experiment. My body was much more moisturized at the end with no problems with pore clogging or anything. So it was all good. But I took that first shower with shampoo and scented soap.. it’s body orgasm when it hits you. It was a good experiment though. Learned that my skin is 😮drier than most people and that I should only use it around 1 time a week. I’ve lost my night time itches, etc. learning from the experiment. I really think it’s on a individual basis how much you need to show/how you shower. You probably don’t need to do the experiment as long as I did, but it will teach you about your skin and hair, and how you treat them correctly. Always add lotion after. Don’t want to be ashy.

The operating system is actually almost irrelevant cause things are either recorded using web pages, or sensitive information is recorded on pen and paper still, then put under lock and key until it’s digitized on a server using a form of Linux, I believe. HIPAA puts so much pressure on keeping patient records unreachable by hackers.

Not as direct as you talked about, but just discarding it o think is a bit misleading. We have some of the highest taxes here and yes the government is inefficient, but I can see that my taxes are working for me (and everyone else) and I couldn't set up a better system myself if I was handed the money (for example healthcare or education, works a fair bit better that other unnamed places ;) ) Just a disclaimer, I'm not hating on anything or anyone, just voicing that I think it can work even though inefficient.
