Good question. There are a few more scratched on the organic, but I'd say its probably due to the color rather than the material.

It takes a while for the boards to "break in". Im sure you'll notice some more flex over time.

No, this board is way to small so your stance will be on the trucks which will support your weight. Like you can see in the video, the only time he puts his weight in between the trucks is when he is pushing the board which will cause it to bend but only slightly.

Both would work well. You'll get a little more speed with the original because it has less flex. But you'll get a smoother ride with the organic, because of the flex.

Kualalumpar Videos Thanks! Hey, do you know if it's okay to ride in the rain? My friend said it was okay because the bearings are stainless steel but I wasn't so sure..... :)

It's alright to skate in the rain but make sure you clean your bearings afterwards. Your bearings will accumulate more dirt when it's wet. It's like sticking your wet hand onto the ground. You'll get more dirt than if your hands were dry. The bearings might not rust, but the dirt will make them go slower and eventually they might break. Some people will say it's okay, let them be, it's easy to replace em anyway. But I reckon a bottle of isopropyl alcohol and lube is much cheaper than new bearings. Plus, it'll help you get familiar with your board. :)

i have subscribed!! but i dooo have a question;; i have NEVER skateboarded in my life but i was thinking of getting a nickel over the penny cause of your video on comparing the two and it has a more stable stance............ but i really wanted the portable one, (the penny) so i WAS thinking of buying two! bit now that i see this vid, i'm starting to think the organic is a better replacement than the nickel, because it has a smoother ride and it is portable! so is it a better replacement than the nickel??? plz help me! i don't care about the price! i just want a reallly cool board to ride around campus!

What causes the squeaking noise on the boards, my nickel does the same thing but not sure where the noise is coming from and it happens when I lean.

A lot of times the trucks tend to squeak when you turn board. Its a rather normal occurrence.

You do realize that plastic is not biodegradable at all, right? It just breaks down into microscopic plastic pieces, so both of these boards are not biodegradable, but the organic might just break down quicker than the original.
