//🔥STANDING DUMBBELL POWER🔥// Build your strength & power with this combination of strength & cardio moves that bring the burn without any getting up & down off the floor.
You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this full body standing workout. I used a set of 3kg + 8kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level
There are 2 Circuits to complete. Work through each exercise for 40 secs work/15 secs rest
Circuit 1

3️⃣Forward Lunge to Press (R) Side
4️⃣Forward Lunge to Press (L) Side
5️⃣DB Punch
6️⃣DB Squat Swings
7️⃣Rainbow Squat Crunch (L) Side
8️⃣Rainbow Squat Crunch (R) Side
9️⃣Jumping Jack Lateral Raise
🔟Lateral Lunge Raise & Balance (L) Side

2️⃣DB Double Pulse Thrusters
3️⃣DB Ground & Pound
4️⃣DB Alt Curtsy Lunge & Curl
5️⃣Hang Snatch to Lunge (L) Side

7️⃣DB Woodchop
8️⃣DB Windmill (L) Side
