FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT - Challenge yourself with this Cardio and Strength based HIIT workout that will boost your metabolism and work every muscle from head to toe.
You’ll need a moderately heavy set of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level
There are 3 circuits to work through. Complete each exercise 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest
Circuit 1
1️⃣DB Sumo Squat Clean & Press
2️⃣Reverse Lunge with Knee Drive (L) Side
3️⃣Reverse Lunge with Knee Drive (R) Side
4️⃣DB Pushups
5️⃣DB Bear Row In & Out
6️⃣DB Kneel to Stand
7️⃣Lateral Raises
8️⃣DB Thruster (L) Side
9️⃣DB Thruster (R) Side
🔟Suitcase Squat to Jump Squats
1️⃣Arnold Press
2️⃣Forward and Back Jump Over Dumbbell
3️⃣High Plank Pull Through
4️⃣Boat Sit Press
*1 min rest

1️⃣O’head Step Back Lunge
2️⃣DB Snatch (L) Side
3️⃣DB Snatch (R) Side
4️⃣Lunge Hold & Press
5️⃣Lunge Hold & Press
6️⃣DB Swing Drop Squat
7️⃣Bentover Row
8️⃣Kneeling Bicep Curl
9️⃣B Stance Deadlift
🔟B Stance Deadlift
1️⃣Reverse Fly to Tri Kickback
2️⃣DB Burpee Punch
3️⃣DB Outside Mt Climbers
4️⃣DB Leg Lowers
