Wow did not disappoint, challenging but so worth it! I love a couple of 30 minute workouts a week, mixed in with some 45-60 mins. This just give me the option on a couple days to get up and done quickly. Regardless I love the content, all of your workouts are amazing 🫶🏼

I like all lengths of workouts 30,45, 60 sometimes I want something quick when I don’t have a lot of time or if I’m doing another workout later and sometimes a longer one when that’s all I’m doing for the day. I also like both with and without repeats and sometimes as much as I might dread a repeat it pushes me to challenge myself. Thanks Penny ❤💪🏼

Penny I’m so grateful for all your content and dedication to us it feels wrong to express a preference but for me definitely 30 minute workouts with 20/30 second intervals is my all time favourite . Mentally I find it less daunting. However when it’s a 60 minute workout I just do it over 2 days. Have a lovely weekend. I went back in the vault on Wednesday and did day 1 of your over 40 series. The one with all the little screens that you add on to every interval. I also loved that series. Thank you and have a lovely weekend.

Love this one! I have 30-40 minutes every day, so 60-minute ones like this mean I break into 2 days, 38-ish minutes each since I do the boost but days the cool down and warm up. Anything between 40 and 60, I have to skip some cycles or boosts or whatever makes sense.

Hmm. Tough question because depending on format and exercises. Cannot do just strength for 60 min but love a full hour workout. When it’s no repeat or even 2x I can do 45 min or longer. Fabulous workout. Thanks Penny!😅
