I've just finished this great workout ! Many thanks ❤ I'd like working with you with a 60mn video following: - 50mn of weight training for warm up and lower body (27 mn) then upper body (13 mn) and abs (10mn) And finally 10mn of Mobility 👍

Wow did not disappoint, challenging but so worth it! I love a couple of 30 minute workouts a week, mixed in with some 45-60 mins. This just give me the option on a couple days to get up and done quickly. Regardless I love the content, all of your workouts are amazing 🫶🏼

I like all lengths of workouts 30,45, 60 sometimes I want something quick when I don’t have a lot of time or if I’m doing another workout later and sometimes a longer one when that’s all I’m doing for the day. I also like both with and without repeats and sometimes as much as I might dread a repeat it pushes me to challenge myself. Thanks Penny ❤💪🏼

Penny I’m so grateful for all your content and dedication to us it feels wrong to express a preference but for me definitely 30 minute workouts with 20/30 second intervals is my all time favourite . Mentally I find it less daunting. However when it’s a 60 minute workout I just do it over 2 days. Have a lovely weekend. I went back in the vault on Wednesday and did day 1 of your over 40 series. The one with all the little screens that you add on to every interval. I also loved that series. Thank you and have a lovely weekend.

This was a tough one! Felt fatigued but found some energy down deep and made it through! I usually do 45min workouts but like the 60min on weekends when I have a little more time! Thank you for such a great variety within the workout! ❤

Had to stop my workout from the 10/4 due to an injury and then celebrated my 45th birthday,was feeling a bit down ,all that perimenopause depression hit hard but then watched one of your post on IG an got motivated again .Penny I wanna say a huge Thank you for keeping it real and being an inspiration 🫶I love the 45 and 60 min sessions,going to push through and complete April workouts 💪💪💪❤️

Thank you for the great workout! I love the compound movements you always incorporate and the modifications you provide. I really enjoy your 30 minute workouts in a pinch, but I really like the 60 minute time frame also! Thanks again for all the time and effort you put into your videos. :)

Just found your channel this morning and did this workout. It's sooo refreshing to exercise with a woman more my age, who looks like I do. Not a stick-thin 25-year-old, but a strong and pleasant middle-aged adult who is pushing through and staying healthy. Love this one! I have 30-40 minutes every day, so 60-minute ones like this mean I break into 2 days, 38-ish minutes each since I do the boost but days the cool down and warm up. Anything between 40 and 60, I have to skip some cycles or boosts or whatever makes sense.

So to answer your question about length of workouts? This exactly where I can bang out cardio and weight training in an hour. 45 minutes minimum. Penny thank you so much for these workouts. They are amazing!

Hmm. Tough question because depending on format and exercises. Cannot do just strength for 60 min but love a full hour workout. When it’s no repeat or even 2x I can do 45 min or longer. Fabulous workout. Thanks Penny!😅

My ideal is 35-40 strength and cardio.. With 15 secs rest. Loved this though! It was really tough!

was a great workout love the 60 and 45 minute strength and cardio workouts .... but the ads in this one were crazy every 10%!!
