Please make more video for knee friendly exercise❤, amazing video for a meniscus tears knee like me😞. It is hard to find exercise with no jumping, no squat and no lunges. Usually they only no jumping, but your video really understand that we can not squat and lunges because of the knee problem. Thank you so much for the amazing video❤

Hi Penny. Although I still can’t say I enjoy exercising your workouts are the ones I’ve been able to stick to. They’re for sure the best ones , so thank you! Just one little suggestion: when you use different dumbbells I can’t really tell which one you’re using (small, medium or biggest one), it would be helpful if you could show on the screen what weight you’re using in each exercise. Other than that… just thank you, I hope one day I can say I enjoy working out 😅😅 🥰 PS: also thank you for knee friendly workouts. My right knee is thanking you right now

I love, love, love your workouts. I especially enjoy you just showing the exercises and not "talking," (don't take that personally), I just don't need someone saying "come on you can do it." Do you by chance have the nutrition side of things? I'm just starting back exercising from when Covid shut things down and realized I don't need to go to the gym to get my workout in. I started weight watchers one week ago but any help would be appreciated. Thank you for everything you do!

On the single leg deadlift, is that supposed to be a deadlift or a squat? It looks more like a single leg squat when u do it so was just wondering. If working the glutes and hams, I would think to hinge more so as to get the work on the back side.
