This was just the workout I needed. With a hip injury I cannot do squats and lunges, so this workout was perfect. But then to see your dog at the end! That just made the video even more perfect! He/she is adorable and what a camera hog!

Great workout! Love that it’s a HIIT workout without all the jumping around. I’ve got bad knees so I’ve found that I can still get my heart rate up with your workouts. PS. I love your doxie at the end … I’ve got two and one loves to workout with me.

LOVED THAT! Brilliant. Would love more knee friendly like this. Good length too. 3.5 and 5 kg weight for me, 304 calories. WOW! I thoroughly enjoyed this workout today penny, I did this in the gym this morning with my friend, and iv noticed for a while iv been experiencing knee pain. I think it’s due to the running as that’s when it occurs ☹️ so doing no squats and lunges is a blessing to do sometimes, you’re joints and muscles just need to be free of strains that are put upon them , so we really enjoyed this workout and the sweat poured off me again 😅 Also this workout kept my heart rate elevated throughout. I shall definitely be repeating these workouts 💪🏻 x
