Love these strength exercises! I used dumbbells and a cable machine for this workout today. The cable machine I just use with an ankle strap for the kick-backs. I love being able to use heavier weights in these strength workouts a few times a week and the other days something more cardio based where I need to use lighter weight to keep up.

Awesome workout Penny! Loved it. As a mum at home with a baby I need shorter tough workouts and this one totally hit the spot! Added bands in some of the moves for extra resistance. Nice one! 👍

Just finished this workout and did the 20 min ab and core! Loved it!!😊💪 I love using a resistance band when doing the hip thrusts, love the burn in my glutes! Is there anything else I can do other than Bulgarian split squats, I always find them so uncomfortable on my feet! 🙄
