I maxed out on my weights for the strength portion of this workout and the damn tabata at the end killed me. I literally could not.

Love these strength exercises! I used dumbbells and a cable machine for this workout today. The cable machine I just use with an ankle strap for the kick-backs. I love being able to use heavier weights in these strength workouts a few times a week and the other days something more cardio based where I need to use lighter weight to keep up.

What a sweaty challenging legs and booty workout. My bodies burning all over 💥💥💥 Sunday morning workout before church service. Feeling the burn. I used my chair, resistance hands and combination of 8kg and 12kg kettlebell. Thank you Penny 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 burnt 150kcals 🔥🔥🔥

Awesome workout Penny! Loved it. As a mum at home with a baby I need shorter tough workouts and this one totally hit the spot! Added bands in some of the moves for extra resistance. Nice one! 👍

Just finished this workout and did the 20 min ab and core! Loved it!!😊💪 I love using a resistance band when doing the hip thrusts, love the burn in my glutes! Is there anything else I can do other than Bulgarian split squats, I always find them so uncomfortable on my feet! 🙄

today august 19 i did my first this rutine for the firts time almost die but im proud to least finish even if i didn´t have the proper form for some exercives

today july 26 i did my the rutine for the second time , i was really sore in the left muscle for the hwole week but this times was less intens, next time i will take rest periods from 30sec-1min

No machines! This was amazing, my young boys even joined in. My 8 yr old even said, how is she doing all this haha! Burned 295 calories.
