This was fantastic! So much fun. I LOVED it. Loved the moves, the music, the 20 seconds (it's amazing what you can do when you know it's only for 20s!) and the colour co-ordination. Go girl. Loved the workout! Can take it with me on a trip when I don’t have access to weights! Though weights would be a great addition! For me, I would like a similar workout all standing. My almost 60 year old body has a hard time changing planes. I can bend but the up and down on the floor and then standing is not the best for me!
