As an avid watcher of both I enjoyed the conversation. I love the dichotomy of the two. Whereas Pen can sometimes be seen to be combative, debate style, winners and losers, conquests etc Ursula is more about lets all get along, there is no bad or good, right or wrong, valuable and worthless just different perspectives and lets have a conversation about it. Its even reflected in their guests, I have watched guys being very sensitive in her channel but not weak in sharing a wide variaty of topics as opposed to Pen's all conquering im going to change the world guests. I love both and ll continue to learn from both.

Love your spaces Pen. You are good at this. You don't get lost in a convo or lose your guests. You always remember where they were even when they divert and struggle to come back, Ursula has not struggled with this so this is a general view. Trevor Noah does this so well in his comedy. I love what you say about education being a partnership. I strongly believe in this, my parents and in laws always say I should’ve been a teacher and I always say I really don’t think so, I’m more concerned about the curriculum and systems I would’ve loved to be in that. love this conversation, i feel the difference in their conversation types though. penuel comes off agressive sometimes and always has to counter a statement and ursu is all about conversation, she isnt trying to change perspective but tries to make someone understand her perspective, its about talking not arguing
