I value privacy. I think at 09:12, I would have put the house behind the pond and extended the driveway. The house is beautiful. Great job with the new bedroom. The wrap around or nearly wrap around porch is a great use of thermal insulation, and useable space.

START vacuuming on Monday and finish on Saturday. Nothing Attractive about this house. I have never seen so many storage bins. I think they kept adding more square footage to porches as their penchant for bins increased. There is no nice sitting area to look out in miles of porches to enjoy a nice view of the land. This property will take a very special buyer.

what's up with that pond? ugly brown water! are there ever any live fish in it? is there any water going into it or us it only rain fed? How much of the woods goes with the house if any? we like to see the red lines mapping out the property lines.

Absolutely love this house. It's a lot like an earthship.the porch along the entire house with all those windows can be used as a greenhouse, and that porch space absorbs the heat or cold from outside, acts as a buffer, keeping the house cooler in dinner and warmer in winter. It's perfect! it's nestled away, not seen from the road, yet so close to shopping. What else could anyone want?
@steveturansky90312 жыл бұрын
It's nice to know how far the nearest Federal courthouse is but what is probably most important to people is: Hospitals/medical services, schools (although homeschooling is a big trend) and grocery stores. I really like when you outline the aerial property view to give us an idea of the shape. I also love that most of the time you give us a rough estimate of the asking price.
@BradSimmons2 жыл бұрын
Hi Steve Turansky, you are 100% correct --- when you have a Federal Courthouse, you have all that other stuff for sure. And we have more properties --- if you’re seriously looking for a property - and want to talk to a Local Expert - and a warm, caring human, let’s get you on a call with Brandi, our Client Liaison - she is knowledgable on what is available today. Brandi will ask you a few questions - how much - how big - how soon? --- and the most important question... what does your ideal place look like? That’s the best way to get us sending properties that match what YOU want. And we will email them to you! text or call Brandi at 859-428-7714 - you will love Brandi - she knows her stuff. :-)

Hi Lee Anderson, Thank you! Yes, I love the southwest too -- but the water issue -- water is kind of important. 😀 Lucky for us, we get about an inch a week here all year round - we love that - always green. 350-400 is very doable for around here. I would definitely get rid of at least one wall, to enlarge the kitchen. And put in a second kitchen for food prep during harvest. I would update the bathroom. But otherwise, I love the house and property. To bad I can't afford to purchase anything right now. ☹️

Ever have those nightmares where you're in a house and you can never seem to find a way out? You enter one room, looking for an exit and find yourself in another room.....and ....another.....and another. Fine, if you're well stocked and trying to survive a cataclysm......maybe.

Hope I am not out of place, but omg,these negative comments.Humble yourselves and learn the meaning of gratitude.I would give anything to live there. 5 1/2 years ago,I lost 2 warehouse jobs within 2 months of each other.Both went out of business.it took a year to go through my meager savings and working odd jobs,also selling things to try to pay the rent. My hospice rescue animals and I got evicted in the middle of a horrific North NJ ice storm.Being a patriot stuck in a blue city, banned from local stores for not taking the kill shot, not hired by anyone and living off grid in a little shed house I built.I stop at a friend's for an hour daily to shower and charge up my phone and power pack, in exchange for tidying up their apartment.I also fill my shopping cart with bottles of water to bring back to my tent shed.It's crazy how blessed I feel to have a happy little tent house and to see these comments so full of hate,tear down that house,the pond is rotten,it's breaking my heart. How can so many humans forget to be grateful for whatever they do have and Thank God,because things can be and are about to get really bad.Every day we get a meal to eat is a blessing.I just hope whoever reads this can take a few minutes to reflect on things.🙏🙏🙏

In the beginning I could not hear what town you are close to. I think you are in the state of Kentucky. My hearing is not too good and I usually watch it on my big screen TV where I can turn the sound up but I watched this on my phone. Been watching your videos off and on for a long time and they are very relaxing to me and you seem like a not getting excited kind of guy. Thanks for the videos.. PS.. if I win the lotto I will get in contact with you so you can find me a good vacation home that meets my qualifications and standards. Of course you would get a big bonus check and would be welcome anytime to use it when I am not there.. have you ever done any Airbnb before personally either stay in one or renting one out for the money? I have three condos in the Philippines and they are doing really well, and that surprised me. I was wondering how these houses would do on Airbnb. Thanks for the videos..

I like the house. It does need some work. It looks like maybe they had a online business because of all the totes full of stuff and the computers. We have a online business and that is why I feel like maybe they did too. Nice space if someone does have a business like clothing they sell online. You can keep it separate from the rest of the house.

Hello from California. What’s Kentucky’s highest temperature in summer And lowest in the winter? 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️
@BradSimmons2 жыл бұрын
Hi 1001books1, Here is a lengthy (sorry) reply I give to folks who ask about storms, weather, etc. Hope you benefit from it: Couple things - 1st - we are nowhere near tornado alley - you can look that up. We do get some wind, but take a look at all those rickety tobacco barns on the tops of hills - they have been there 100 yrs - and still standing... Diagram here from Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tornado_Alley#/media/File:Tornado_Alley_Diagram.svg Secondly, July and August are our hottest months - in the 80s. But everything is air conditioned, so it is 60s in the morning and night - and 80s in the peak of the day. 3rd - we came from NJ 30 yrs ago - here we enjoy two things that I like: it stays lighter, later - 9:30, its still light out - because we are so close to the next time zone - we like that. 4th - we also enjoy about 3 extra weeks of spring - and 3 extra weeks of fall. Which equates to 6 weeks less winter for me - I'm happy. 5th - we also enjoy average of 3.55" of rain per month - which keeps the grass green and the lakes and reservoirs full. And wow, did I ever find something for you! the most comprehensive weather site I've ever been to - this weather info is for our Bluegrass Team office: weatherspark.com/y/15759/Average-Weather-in-Danville-Kentucky-United-States-Year-Round Lastly - a good, honest answer about snow…. Now some years, we get nothing. 2 times in the last 30 yrs I’ve been here, we’ve gotten 12” - but the average honest answer is: we get 2”-3”, 2-3 times per year and its gone in 2-3 days. if this all interests you - Get on our Exclusive Buyer's VIP list here, to know of new properties - BEFORE they hit the market - BluegrassTeam.com/homefinder - or of course just call or text 859-379-5263

When you said it’s odd I waited for something quirky that had potential. Perhaps this building has another use but surely it’s not a home 😳 I understand why you spent more time on the land than a house with psychosis. Putting more money into this structure is possibly not the wisest thing to do so, I’d be tempted to start again provided the figures allowed. I love the idea of living in London 😊 however it’s got to be something special and not downright weird. I’m sorry to offend anyone who can see this as their home as it’s situated on a beautiful piece of land. I’m interested to know the cost of such a bizarre homestead. It’s a pleasure to see you Brad this one is definitely going to be a challenge unless the land costs add up. Thank you 😊 and speak again soon.
