The plaintiff met the defendant through Snapchat, they began dating, and she loaned him some money for his car insurance. The plaintiff claims the defendant still owes her money, so she’s suing. The defendant insists money went back and forth between them during their relationship. The defendant thinks the plaintiff is just bitter about their breakup.

I felt like the Judge was giving me advice when she said "Oh baby you have your whole life ahead of you, if only I knew what I know now." I just turned the same age as this young woman.

I'm going to play devil's advocate and say that I don't even believe the guy was a user. I believe that she genuinely scared the crap out of him and he fled. Going through his phone, and getting his name tattooed and also admitting to having other names on her. This is a pattern for her she moves too quickly. He needs to pay her the money back, no excusing that.

As soon as judge said, “I’m gonna talk to you like you’re my daughter..” her entire demeanor changed . There is something bigger going on. She’s so sweet and pretty, I hope she is doing better now.

This is a girl, I can almost guarantee, didn't have her father in her life like she needed. I hope she is surrounded by loving friends that don't validate delusions and insecurities, but lift her up ❤

I'm so glad the judge gave her some advice. To say she still has feelings for him, yet he hasn't paid her back is just sad. He's a user and she's insecure - not a match made in heaven. Hopefully she's learned some valuable lessons on what not to look for in a partner.

I felt sympathy for the plaintiff but I also think she is incredibly foolish. Why would you loan some guy you met on Snapchat $500 and then get his name tattooed on your body???? Utterly ridiculous.

I don’t say this lightly or sarcasticly-this woman genuinely needs to get serious psychiatric help. She’s on a very slippery slope of destruction if she can be so nonchalant about getting a man’s name tattooed on her that she wasn’t even dating for long and the relationship wasn’t even going well. Good lord, I am incredibly worried for her.

Poor girl. The way her demeanor shifted when the Judge said she was going to speak her like her daughter, makes me think she’s without her parents or that parental love. Wishing her the best.
