Plaintiff thought there was a warranty on the car, because the defendant was fixing the fender. If you buy a used car, there is no warranty unless stated beforehand. Some places have implied warranties under certain conditions, but don’t expect it. If it does, then the seller would have stated it when selling. Best to get an expert who could tell you the life expectancy of the car.
