When the Kia Said, ‘See Ya!’

The plaintiff left his Kia at the defendant’s repair shop as collateral for a Jeep he bought from the defendant. He says the defendant sold his Kia behind his back. He’s suing for the cost of the Kia. The defendant argues the plaintiff brought the Kia in for repairs, but the car wasn’t even worth fixing. He told the plaintiff he had 30 days to get the Kia off his lot, and he has no idea what happened to the car. He’s countersuing for the remaining balance of the Jeep.

Plaintiff knew the car was worthless and so he did not any expense involved in moving it. IN fact he could have had it moved any time he wanted - days evenings or weekends. He also tried to cheat the defendant out of money. Plaintiff is a loser.

I understand the ruling. Why didn't the defendant mention all that stuff with the police until the end? Usually when the police are called you mention that before or at thr beginning of the case. Tbh i left like.that part was made up. I believed everything else he said,just not that.

I had to watch it a couple times to realize he's not saying the judge didn't rule for the defendant. He's just saying that she was literally trying to rule in his favor and he wouldn't shut up and that's the most important time to be quiet. But yeah how he said it was confusing.

Yeah I was confused by that too cuz it seemed like he was saying the defendant lost . But I went back and watched it again and he's actually just saying when the judge is about to rule shut up, because that's the time you need to just shut up and pay attention. It's the way he said it though that made it seem like he's saying he was talking and then she ruled against him because of that
