During my last interview I was asked to convince the personnel to start looking my special African dish which he has no preference for. Somehow, I haggled my way through it but kept on wondering how I could have made it better. Your video title is a catchy one and really drew me in. Now I feel better for clicking on this channel. I've been invited for the next stage of the interview which will involve marketing the company's product to the panel team. I believe I'm on the right track here. Wish me luck guys.

As a seller everyone try to sell expensive products , so the pen example is not going to work out but as u said in your experience the real estate guy has done his job by showing the cheapest and bad examples first then he convince what he have in his hand to sell . I found this video not that great as I am into sales & marketing and dealing with big guns. My feedback after watching this video are: 1.) Video is too long and few viewers commented on that note "Make it short and easier". 2.) The content was not so appealing and missing out on the "WOW" factors in it. Keep it more natural for the viewers. 3.) Need smooth transitions will communicating each other. 4.) Keep in mind not using the words so many times like "DAM" thing. There was in fact lot of repetitions to notice. 5.) Overall it was an average. I wish you both best success and keep burning the flame. Please don't take it personally it is a suggestion...Cheers!! :-)

I used their tactics and use rapport as flexible with Indian market and being a non sales person I sold 15k rs service in day 1. You r right make customer life easy. Here I am talkin abou victor Antonio an grant cardon. You wil go and watch them. I sold them, how its actually nudging. Just like recommending any movie to friends. We don't make money for that sale but we nudge that up and he goes for movie. Same thing make ur mindset like that it wouldbe super easy

Really? You're gonna tell him to use this pen as an investment "when you're 3-4k worth pen is not working". That's just devaluing his pen. Instead, you could say "use this pen for less important circumstances cause you can't afford to lose your expensive pen" or "the expensive pen should be used for what's most important to you, you shouldn't be using that for informal circumstances or when someone asks you if they can borrow your pen". That would sell. Devaluing his investment in his expensive pen would get him telling you "just get the F outta here". That story ain't real bruh.
