I'm always really happy to see a new recipe from you Chung because I know it will be delicious, easy, and uses ingredients that are easy to find. OMG these pancakes look SO delicious and I'll bet they'd be very tasty cold too or reheated with some plain rice or noodles for an easy lunch. That dipping sauce - so simple but I'll bet it will really enhance the taste. Okay, it's on the list for next week! Thank-you and cheers from Oz!!

I bought one from Aldi here in Australia which has smaller, shallower moulds than Chung's but it was a very reasonable price and I wanted it to make zucchini fritters - and I LOVE it! I start the fritters in that pan and then flip them into a second flat pan to cook the other side, just to speed things up. I'd love one with bigger divots so you could cook one egg in each mould but I only have so much space. Go for it - it's a practical and fun pan and makes for a nice presentation which is important.
