Gonna make this tomorrow for my dad, young brother and young sister. As the eldest child/son, I tend to do much of the cooking mainly because I had to learn how to do it from my mom and uncle. Your recipe videos really help me improve my Nigerian cooking skills👏👏 UPDATE: I just finished cooking it a few hours after returning from campus and everything came out great! My family loves it! Thank you so much and God bless😁😁🙏🙏

Thank you sister, I have always been curious to try African food. Your recipe looks delicious, I am Bangladeshi and wanted to try a recipe that looks flavorful and has some sort of meat so it could be a full meal. And this recipe seems to meet that need. Thank you for sharing, I can't wait to try this recipe.

Have you tried golden sella Basmati rice? Many brands carry this type of basmati and that's what all the restaurants and caterers that cook basmati use.

@@celestinaomobamibo745 thanks for asking. It didn't work unfortunately. I think I added too much water because it became all a bit marshy. We still ate it though. Why I think we added too much water is because we had leftover rice that we kept reheating to warm up but in the evaporate the water and left the rice nice and separate....
