Perfect Roasted Potatoes Recipe :: Super Crispy

Enjoy the best roasted potatoes that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside
➤ Ingredients
- 1kg potatoes
- 1 tbsp + 2 pinches of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder (optional)
➤ Tips
- After preheating, bake in the oven at 200°C ( 392°F ) for 60 minute
(After 30 minute, turn over and bake for 30 minute)
- It is better to sprinkle with parsley after cooking
