I like air fryers! When I make ribeye I cook at 175F in my air fryer in dehydration mode until the internal temp gets to 140F. It seems more of the fat doesn't cook out of the meat. The reason I use that mode is because the other modes only max out at one hour. It will take longer to cook but I don't mind having meat that isn't crispy or charcoal and for sure I will not overcook it. Maybe I am incorrect but meat hasn't killed me yet in 8 months. LOL! Very easy. There’s the basket and there is an inner grate. It’s really easy. There is a temperature probe too and that’s not hard to clean either.
