Girl, you are not doing bare minimum!! Every day different, some days your hardest work will be double what you can do on another and that’s okay ❤ hope you’re feeling better now! Being sick as an active person sucks but resting is so important Take care and have a great week!

Thank you very much for somehow finding the time and energy to make this vlog! Thank you for your honesty, for "keeping it real." I think it is super important that your viewers who are young aspiring dancers and their parents get a realistic look at what it's like being a professional dancer. I imagine it might be tempting for some vloggers to pretend it's all sunshine and roses. Describing your struggles also makes you very relatable to people of all ages. It may not feel like it, but your true character really shines through. Just making this video shows how conscientious you are, for example. Congratulations on your solo role! 🥳🩰💐 I'm glad you were able to spend some time with your family. One yearns for them extra when one is feeling unwell. I'm sorry that you were ill, and that you are feeling after effects. This is my summary of your video and why you should be very proud of yourself! Despite recovering from illness, and coping with brain fog (it sounds like this is the only time you have had this. Although, recovering from general anesthæsia may have been similar): 1. You have been on tour, 2. dancing a DEBUT SOLO, and 3. juggling multiple roles (each with a different costume!) while only finding out at the last minute which ones you are doing for this show. You have done all this while: 1. taking as good care of your body as possible and 2. of your spiritual self and 3. of your emotional health, even though you may not be aware of it. (Eg. laughing with friends. When one is not feeling well, one often prefers to isolate oneself so it's great that you didn't do that!) If this is the first time you have experienced brain fog, it's completely normal to feel uneasy and unsettled about it. When I have brain fog, something people with chronic pain often have, I find it's much easier to focus on one task because I don't seem to have any other thoughts that are trying to intrude. Something similar may have happened to you, which may be part of the reason why you felt so calm debuting your solo. From the way you spoke, you did not seem stressed out about the number of roles you are playing, how the assignments can change at the last minute, how you have to put on different costumes and wigs for each of them etc. This sounds like something that would cause a lot of people to worry in advance ("what if"-ing is easy to start, difficult to ignore, and even more difficult to stop) eg. about not finding the right costume when it is needed or not remembering the steps - but you sound confident, which is great! It's like brain fog has the silver lining of bringing mellowness instead of anxiety. 🤔 Very proud of you for choosing to have dinner delivered that one time even if it turned out not to be the most ideal meal. Eating when one has no appetite is also difficult. You are taking great care of your body by providing yourself with the nourishment, rest, and sleep that you need to the best of your ability, given the circumstances of any particular day. Sometimes just getting through the day is enough. It doesn't need to be pretty, maybe you did not have the time or energy for any extra effort, but despite a lot of obstacles, you got through it. Also, I believe you continued to be polite and respectful with other people even if you found them annoying. This takes self-control when one is feeling poorly. Some people think that is an excuse to snap at others and be demanding. You also mentioned reading your Bible, which is part of your morning routine at home. I'm guessing that would be easy to skip with the probably quite legitimate excuses of being on tour, and wanting every extra minute of rest possible, but you chose to follow through with your Bible study. You may not feel like that's a big deal, but it's one of those examples of how you are taking care of your mental and spiritual well-being. Hoping the brain fog will wear off and you will be back to normal very soon! Thank you so much for taking the time to make this vlog, despite how you are feeling. 🤔 You and your mum are so cute together! Your friends are very funny, and they seem to lift your spirits! Best wishes!! 🙏🤗🧸🧡🌤️💐✨

Great vlog, happy you're feeling better! I did not have the flu this year but a bad sore throat/head cold left me feeling brain fog and also quite depressed... Like what you said, the mental effects were worse than the physical ones.

I've had a nasty virus two weeks ago followed up by a cold this week. But it's been reverse for me, body out of commission more than the brain 🤔Either way, I look at it as a spiritual cleansing, just gotta have faith and keep going 🙏😂 You're such a wonderful, inspiring soul Hannah, you'll get through this 💪❤

So sorry you are not feeling your 100% best. It sucks when you are under the weather 🤧, and/but you still have to carry on. I wish speedy recovery and good health. Please take some time for yourself and self care and get some rest laundry, messes, and household chores can be done later in specified times for cleaning (I.e. 15-20min.s cleaning bathroom; 10-15min.s cleaning up in the kitchen; 20-30min.s tidying up the living/front room; etc. - you get the idea). Prioritize you first, hun. The rest will get accomplished when you are well, physically as well as mentally up to it. Take care love ❤️, from ‘across the pond’ sending good vibes, better health, and ❤️.

🤔 Yes, had what I call a proper knock down flu, which started mid December. Brain fog continued for about a week. Still not finished, but that's only because I have asthma so my lungs have complained about it. Hope you recover quickly (it certainly sounds like you're on your way!)

Going on tour immediately after being sick sure doesn't give you a chance to rest and recover -- no wonder you're feeling so depleted now! And good for you for not pushing yourself in the studio on that travel day. Sending you lots of love and healing energy! 💗⚕👐 If I were you, I would literally be napping in a hot bath every night. 🛀💤 What's wrong with instant oats? I use quick oats for my oatmeal. Only difference I can tell is it cooks faster! 🤔 Congrats on Little Red Riding Hood! Looking forward to seeing more tour vlogs!

🤔Sorry to hear you weren’t feeling well. :( I was just thinking it might be helpful to make a hotel list so you could know what supplies you would need to bring. For example, Southampton you could have your own oats and maybe do overnight oats or something like that. Each hotel could have notes about what would be helpful for you there? Just an idea. This is going to be a long run of SB. Pace yourself. Fun to hear about Matthew Ball guesting with you! PS. Hannah Martin, Soloist…. I like the sound of that.
