hey coach thanks for the vid personlly i think i am a good quarterback its just im not rly consistent with my accuracy like one day ill throw all dimes and the next ill be doing horrible is there anything i can do to fix that

hi coach, how far can a college and a high school qb usually throw? (I know it sounds stupid, just tryna find some reference to my arm strength..)

I would say around 55-60 yards for college. High school is a little more all over the spectrum.

Hey Coach, I've got 2 questions: 1) Should I take any rest time at all between sets? 2) How should I incorporate this routine with regular training? Add it to my usual routines or replace some? If replace, what should I drop? Thank you!

I recommend you do this in your free time since it's a light workout, Maybe do it in the morning and go for a run right after Or at night before you go to sleep or before dinner. You've got a lot of options.

@@Performancelabofcalifornia sorry I meant how I’m not very good but it’s a position I’ve always wanted to play and 15 my freshman year just ended I played defensive end I was OK at it but then lost my job to someone else midseason are starting quarterback is pretty good he’s actually in Atlanta right now at a camp the only part is he is in the same grade as me and is 100 times better than me no joke I’m willing to work so be good but do you know how I can?

@@tuafan7161 I would say put a focus on grip strength as well as restoring range in the elbow (flexion, extension as well as rotation of the wrist)

It’s for people who are just starting all the way up to advanced.. As you get better then do more often for now maybe 3 times per week
