I did this flow with a heating pad on my tummy during day 1 and a really crampy day. It helped relieve quite a bit of tension in my body. Thank you!

I love birds yoga she has a nice calming voice and puts nice calming background music she also speaks slow you can catch up with her voice ❤❤❤❤ thanks bird I just woke up my legs were kinda paralysed I couldn't feel my feet and my back was Hella aching this did release a lot

needs more movement especially the last pose was long and did not do anything cause im just lying on my back while cramps still hurts.

It doesnt need more movement. You simply need a different class. Not every class will be perfectly suited for you.
