The supported bridge (which can be done with yoga blocks, books, foam roller or any other sort of box placed under your sacrum) is EXTREMELY underrated in its ability to relax the lower back and sacroiliac joints that could be contributing to pain in that area. If you've been trying stretches and exercises for that area to no avail, you must add this to your THERAPEUTIC TOOLBOX! The trick is to just relax in this position for 3 minutes. You could do this daily or even more often if you like. Get to it and let me know how you feel afterwards!
