Yes! Same here. Thanks for this pandemic that I began listening audiobooks. Found myself losing interest after a while listening to other readers' works. Then I stumbled upon 'The Secret Garden' read by Karen Savage. I was instantly hooked to her beautiful voice, theatrical modulation and spontaneous variety while voicing a range of characters that brings them to life. Rare for my impersistent self. Now there's no going back!

This is, I think, the 5th time in the year that I listen to this audiobook. Ms. Savage is a great reader indeed, I have listened to all her Austen’s recordings but my favorite is still persuasion 🥰

Agreed, totally and unconditionally, Karen Savage is a great narrator, I have already listened "Pride and Prejudice" and "Sense and Sensibility" and now I am looking for more books of wonderful Jane Austen's read by Karen Savage in particular since her voice dramatises the book characters absolutely perfectly. Eternally grateful for her performance and rare talent of reading the books aloud. Have problems with vision, those audio books are like a current of fresh water for me so needed to survive each new day.
