Thank You so much for sharing your stories about these babies.At first the stories start out sad and then in the end,the stories turn out to be a successful happy ending.All of you make it happen to give all of these fur babies a second life to be able to enjoy the rest of their lives.And these babies probably never got to see or be a monkey and enjoy themselves until all of you made it happen for them to enjoy life again.💗😊💗😊💗

This is 100% my favorite Vervet Forest story. It broke my heart to see her so scared at first and running to be with humans.. your teams hard work and dedication to giving her the best life possible warmed my heart right back to being whole. So so incredibly happy for her. Thank you for all you do!!

I love your videos. All episodes I have watched so often during the last year. They helped me through a deep crise in life. Thank you so much from Germany. This is a very great job at the sanctuary and you all do it with your whole heart. That comes over in the videos to me. It must be a great emotion to have one tiny baby in the arms. They are so beautiful and helpless. Thank you for giving them their second chance. Sorry for bad english.

You guys are super in tune with these monkeys. What other rescue centers and channels on here would not go through this much work and thinking outside the box to solve the issues these vervets come in with. Not only physical but emotional as well. You didn't give up on Eliza and keep her solitary the rest of her life. You kept trying with putting the least amount of stress on her, until something clicked, and worked. Amazing to see that. Thank you

Alizas case is a perfect example that each one of them is different and sometimes requires different ways of helping them back into being a monkey again. And because there is such things like the foundation they are able to make special arrangements like this one , being sure not to rush or force anything because there is no reason too and as long as they are making progress witch she was the right thing to do is let her make her own decisions at the right time for her. And when its done right , like so , you and the monkey reaps the benefits. Now this monkey that was once seemed to be unable to be reintroduced back into a monkey life is now living the best one it can. It truly is a beautiful thing. As well as what the foundation does. Think about all the monkeys that come thru just their doors , now imagine if there was no foundation. Where would those monkeys be. Probably not alive. It also shows just how incredibly resilient , strong and capable these creatures are. They blow my mind with each and every new case that arrives. Coming back from brain damage , Lims amputated , broken bones , diseases and everything in between. To the foundation I hope you guys know what an amazing job you guys are doing for this species and how much we all appreciate it , and that goes for you too mr.cameraman. without you there would be no way for any of us to know and appreciate it all. Keep doing what you guys are doing.

Look at all of the painstakingly difficult work (but in the end, soo gratifyingly amazing, I'm sure!) that these awesome ppl did, integrating a wild animal that has been uprooted from its kin, raised a world away, as a pet ,with humans. Then, after the animal has build up trust, gotten use to a daily routine/habits, etc. she just gets tossed away like effn' garbage. It has outgrown the cutesy, helpless baby stage, and its more than you thought you could handle, its quite rambunctious, etc. Its a fkn animal, of course its rambunctious & WILD!!! omfg!!! THIS MAKES ME SOO IRATE!!! But look how long it took for her to get back into that mentality, that whole process took a while. That was soo tedious, but thank god for these ppl. And for others that care enough to do this kind of work, it is amazing. Animals become family, and family is for life. Certain animals aren't even meant to be pets. Don't ruin their lives just for your sick, spoiled twisted pleasures. Thank you to everyone that is involved in supporting nature conservation & the preservation & protection of animals, nature (fauna/flora, etc.) Animals & their ecosystems are going extinct, we must all do our part.

Kyle this was a great video. It is great to see how patient the staff at the VMF is with the young monkeys you are trying to rehabilitate into a new home. It must be especially difficult with a baby who grew up almost her entire life only knowing humans. In Eliza's case she was lucky that she was apparently kept by humans who did not abuse her. Do you see Eliza now and then in her troop enclosure? After a year has she integrated well. I wonder if the older babies like Eliza really do not bond tightly to an adoptive mom as they are not dependent on them for milk and she was old enough to forage and eat food you provide.
@ladymother54886 жыл бұрын
That bath was hilarious. But i wouldnt exactly call that plastic container a tub. LOL.... guess that method is meant for tiny babes. Eliza was so sweet.
