Awesome! Sometimes, I forget who is who re: babies/ enclosures. Do you think you could add a little line now and then like “remember joli? She came to us in episode X after Y happened” or do you think you could do enclosure profiles to talk about the differences/ similarities between troupes so we get a sense of why a baby might be placed in a certain enclosure/ what the dynamics of the troupe are like, or the geography of the troupe environment.... something that we can use to help differentiate! What's up skillz! I can't wait to meet the troupes and their hierarchy! I am so excited can't wait to see how things turn out! ,I know you all know exactly what you are doing, but I was wondering if there's a reason that Mr.Miagi and Jeffrey couldn't be paired together? I figure you guys already have your reasons.
@victoriacurrsmith97626 жыл бұрын
Hi :) I’m the animal manager and ex baby Mum at the Vmf and figured I would answer because I love babies!!! There are a couple of factors when we decide who goes where, especially with babies who arrive late in the season. We need to take into consideration the gender ratios of the babies as that will make our future troop- too many boys in one troop and we are asking for trouble in the future! It’s also about how receptive the troops have been to infants. Jeffery arrived much earlier than mr myagi and was already well along in his Koko integration. We also found that Koko troop were not overly thrilled about taking on babies thise year, we had a long hard slog getting Christal and Jeffery in there. It was perhaps up there with the more difficult integrations of the year. There was a high chance that the troop just wouldn’t respond to Mr Myagi given every thing we had seen. Engeltjie are an amazing troop for accepting the slightly older infants, particularly Jessie who doesn’t seem to care how old the babies are as long as she can pick them up and carry them everywhere! That’s probably way too long an explanation but I could talk about babies for hours!!

I'm wondering what is considered a "cold day" for a Californian, living in South Africa? A hoodie, and toque is appropriate for around -10°C (14°F) where I live, lol!
@VervetMonkey6 жыл бұрын
lol, I think you have very warm blood. What you're telling me is it could be snowing outside and you're barely going to be wearing a jacket. I really doubt there are many people in the world who could handle that temperature in merely a hoodie and beanie. It was about 12 degrees celcius that day and when you consider our average is 30 - 40 degrees, 12 is pretty damn cold.
@quietinspirationcreations34486 жыл бұрын
Vervet Monkey Foundation Actually, you're right, I do seem to have a higher tolerance for cold, than normal! I hope you didn't take that as insulting, after reading what I said, again, it seemed a little harsh! It was a genuine curiosity, and a bit of a poke, because I was expecting you to say it was about 20°c! It's hard to imagine it gets that cold in South Africa, even though it's your cold season!

@VervetMonkey4 жыл бұрын
it all depends, 6 months they normally fairly independant but there mothers still carry them around for a tear or slightly longer
@Darrenbrown684 жыл бұрын
@@VervetMonkey so in your first baby orphan season 1 did Polar adopt multiple times?

Can you get your land designated as a no fly zone for drones? Then if he persists have him arrested. So considerate of that person. I had a neighbor who had one. He liked to use it to torment my hospice dogs. Talking to him didn't do a bit of good. Then I got a very sweet boxer foster with heart problems. One day he was using it to torment the fur babies and Joshua the boxer waited for it to get close to him. Guess what he grabbed it outta mid air an proceeded to destroy it. Needless to say he wasn't happy about it. And when I refused to pay for it..the idiot called the cops. The cops gave him a ticket for cruelty to animals and trespassing on my property. Turned out to be a very expensive fine for him. Karma at Pitts best.
