Man that upgraded Warrior350 is very cool. You can see a million cool Banshees or 250R's or Raptors, but some quads like the Warrior seem like the forgotten stepchild. Not too often you see a stock one let alone a suped up one.

I was very excited to watch this when I heard you mention Soo Pits . I used to ride my Honda Trail 70 there when i was in elementary school in the 1970's. I lived straight east 1 mile and whenever i heard my friend's older brother riding his 250 Elsinore there (it was LOUD) , id jump on my bike and ride over there and watch him . Riding there wasn't legal back then i don't think but never got caught . Moved to Colo. in late '70's . Looks like fun . Shouldn't there be three feet of snow there now?

You should go to st Helen Michigan sometime in 2024 there are super fun trails and they are mostly sand but I think you would have fun there. I have a 2021 raptor 700 with some mods but I go up there every weekend in the summer to ride. Only thing that sucks about the trails there is they are mostly beat to hell.

I'm using the new GoPro white batteries and i've been getting up to 45+ minutes on one battery in the cold weather. I'm very impressed with them. I used to buy aftermarket batteries but I'm only buying name brand from now on. They work better and are more reliable 👍

Nice ride, the Warrior 350 have some YFZ 450 plastics to rute the wind to the engine? I was thinking about doing it on my raptor, and also to help to stop some mud coming from the front tires, did you ever saw a raptor 700 with thoose plastics on it?

yes, they are the radiator/air shrouds off a YFZ450

This video is exactly why dirt bikes are pointless in Minnesota if you’re looking to ride something year round. I’ll take a quad all day.
@PeteHager10 ай бұрын
Both those guys have quads too.. they just like to mix it up. But I agree it’s hard to beat the practicality of a quad year round 🤘
@nathanmistler118610 ай бұрын
Idk we ride em year round in upper MO and Iowa. Ice is ice, doesn't matter if it's a quad or bike, car or truck. It's all dangerous.
@primer345810 ай бұрын
@@nathanmistler1186 It’s all dangerous but it’s a lot safer on a quad and more fun because you aren’t scared of wiping out.
@nathanmistler118610 ай бұрын
@@primer3458our riding group is pretty close to 50/50 split on wipe outs for each. On the quads the biggest wipe out we see is when going around and the on of the fronts just catch the ice and break thru or catch just enough water to cause you to spin out and crash. Love both, got a RMZ & LTR 450. Both have their pros and cons. In the mud I'm choosing a quad, but some of my family choose bikes. Rider skill plays a factor though.
