This is my most ever heard song! There are just no words to describe this masterpiece of music and performance. It touches my heart and soul so damn deep that i can't imagine it for myself. I'm a very big Peter Gabriel Fan and have seen him many times live on stage but this epic one is outstanding and just from another universe.

Peter Gabriel is an incredible composer and musician.he's super talented.his songs has healed broken hearts,including giving hope to the hopeless and perhaps who are engulfed in grief and pain.Peter Gabriel is more than human,he's a Philanthropist and human rights activist.though i always get moved by the track Blood of eden,all his songs were well arranged,the lyrics itself is well cooked.there is some sort of genius and passion for excellence in his music.

Still to this day an amazing tribute to Anne Sexton. This song does a beautiful job encapsulating the tragedy that was her life and death. The last two minutes will give anyone the shivers, but *especially* so if you've ever read any of Anne Sexton's confessionals. They are a chilling view into the world of untreated bipolar disorder, a fight she ultimately lost.

All the artistry and creativity and interpretation aside, I am astounded at anyone who can sing in a fetal position, or while lying down. That requires amazing breath control and training. And still maintaining the performance at the same time. Wow.

Memories flood my soul when I hear this song...flying through a horrendous thunder and lightning storm. Listening to this song on my headphones, tears streaming down my cheeks. A kind man next to me touched my hand. He said with an almost angelic smile and tenderness, " It will be ok. Just breathe. Things will get better". I said it wasn't the storm outside. It was in my heart. " I am dreaming of mercy in my Daddy's arms." I was flying to see him as he was dying from Lung Cancer. He is gone now, and the storm still rages in my grieving heart dreaming of mercy in my Daddy's arms again...until he hugs me and welcomes me into heaven someday.
