I'm 56 and running three times a week on a treadmill (new for me) and doing your workouts with weights in between...loving how clear and complete your workouts are. Yayyyy! these weights look heavier than the ones you use in your other video's. I have to use the 5 lb for the side arm raises, and used 8lb each for the rest

Hi! Just try marching on the spot, bringing you knees up high or just try tapping you foot backwards instead of the full lunge. 😊
