Oh Petra! I almost didn’t do this workout because it said “BEGINNER MOVES” I’ve been excercising for a long time and with you daily for several months. I’m so glad I did! Although I truly prefer your videos with 40 second intervals (which allow me to sort of get lost in the movement) I love this one because all of the exercises were right with the beat and that made it a joy. Also, the songs were for the most part uplifting. I am 67 and thanks in part two working out with you daily, I’m in very good shape. I must exercise to keep my bone strong as I’ve been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I love starting my day with you!

Super dzięki za te prosto przedstawiane ćwiczenia. Chociaż jeszcze nie mogę się do nich zmotywować, ale może w końcu zacznę. Chętnie oglądam Pani ćwiczenia. Wiem,że w każdym wieku można o siebie zawalczyć by się lepiej czuć, zdrowieć by lepiej wyglądać. Pani sylwetka jest SUUUUPER. Potrzeba trochę się postarać. A ruch, każdy, to zdrowie. Ja od 3 lat walczę o swoje zdrowie. Z wagi 130kg. przy 157cm wzrostu- dzisiaj 76 kg. Słucham naszych kochanych polskich lekarzy BRACI RODZEŃ. Mam 67 i pół roku. Oni uczą żywienia niskoweglowodanowego. Pani uczy robić by fizycznie się lepiej czuć. Dziękuję Pani i moim kochanym lekarzom za pomoc. Uczę się dzięki Wam piękne żyć.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
