Just done a head gasket on one of these. Never in my life have i had to fight with an engine as much as this one.

@@corsabquattro it's on the wife's peugeot 3008. There's more room than a mini but with the car on axle stands getting over the engine to do the inlet manifold is painful. The injector plugs are fun too.😱😂

Head covers constantly try to deform. It seems that it was changed to a countermeasure somewhere, but no one knows about it. Oil management has a big impact on this car.

as in the video title, you will find this engine in some Peugeot, Citroen/DS, Mini Cooper S and BMW under ref N13. there is a non turbo variant also for this engine.

Najverovatnije usisni ventili koksirali (glavni problem motora se direktnim ubrizgavanjem goriva). Sad radim jedan isti problem imao, plus velika potrosnja ulja (istroseni klipovi) i lanac mu vec istegljen malo a menjan pre 30000 km.
