can you move the zig zag lever freely from 0 to 4? if not - oil and make common. Without violence.

Hi thanks for answer my question? Is not frozen I can't adjust or do the right set up for the zig zag sometimes only work 1,2,3 mm but not 4mm and sometimes doesn't work at all any help I will appreciate it thanks
