Stick a couple shop fans up in the corner. Blowing out towards the Dino. And get one of those iridescent lights that's got a bug zapper in it. The flies love the iridescent light and are attracted to it. We use it in the meat warehouses. Just a suggestion man. I love what you do and I love the relationship you have with your kid. That type of engine are wasted spark ignition. Spark on the 2 cylinders at the same time. I have a cmx450c and is the same crank setup.

I’m in the same boat as you Brent, I have a Link G4X ecu with a k24a swap civic eg, I have my 12v, my ground, my signal for all my sensors, I have continuity on my coil packs, I’m just not getting signal. And the ignition test failed.

Can the guys from fueltech help you to diagnose the ECU? Maybe there is some reading you can get from a couple of pins that will tell you for sure if it has a problem? I know you'll figure it out. Love your work. Stay rad, Let's Go PFI!

Brent you have to get the old awesome radio with those equalizers and keep it classic. And I believe the Engine is a parallel twin. It’s a motorcycle engine out of Honda Cb, Honda cm etc. they are very reliable engine’s

Hope the trigger wheel isn't too borked for the good ecu now. lol, it'll end up scraggley with bolts threaded in just to get it running. No shade, I'd have the JB weld out trying to stick magnets on teeth for better signal so bolts are still pro to me. Maybe JB weld magnets to the ends of those bolts? Heh heh! Cheers all.

You could probably use a Dynatek Dyna S, Newtronics, or similar electronic ignition conversion for a 2 cylinder parallel twin or a 4 cylinder motorcycle that previously ran points like a 70s Honda CB550 or 70s rd350 then run it as a wasted spark setup, use just use one pickup or whatever. They have backing plates (that could bolt into that housing) with two pickup's 180 degrees offset and an ignition cam that bolts into the crankshaft (cam for you) for the trigger the way they are setup looks like just what you need. I believe the Dynatek systems come with Hall effect pickups and Newtronics an optical pickup, quite a few different types out there depending what you need.

Was the timing close i swear ive had it with the haltech if the timing was way off it wouldn't see rpm still even with a scope working i moved the tdc offset around till it was close and it started getting rpm but i know my timing light wasn't working at the same time and started working when i was close to tdc
