After thinking about the movie a bit. Psycho Goreman really has a lot of character development. Let us summise. 1. He has a sexual awakening. 2. Probably faps for the first time, I assume he was too busy being a slave and then slaughtering to ever have time to previously. 3. Gets his first ever gift from someone (the magazine) 4. Finds out his co-workers hated him the whole time. 5. Learns the value of love 6. Finally gets revenge on his sworn enemy. That is a lot more major character development than many other characters get EVER.
I love watching James do kill counts on movies he doesn't like. The condescending tone agianst the movie is hilarious.

I love the more refreshing takes on "immortality" like here. Reminded me of a Dota 2 hero backstory, where one guy basically gets "immortality" as a quest reward, but just as he completes his quest, he is in the process of being burnt alive. So he's just a perpetually burning skeleton forever.

I consider that this film wanted to be like "Tucker & Dale vs. Evil", about satirize a film genre, making a different but fresh film. But "Tucker & Dale vs. Evil" knew what they wanted to make fun of, and HOW they wanted to. What's the problem with "Psycho Goreman"? That the writer knew and recognize the elements which were perfect to make fun of, but didn't know HOW to make them funny. It is more like a "Look, a [random thing]. What a weird thing, right?" joke. There aren't different jokes or plot. Hell, the funniest scene I can remember (Out of the Hunky Boys scene) is the post-credit scene! Where the leaders reveal a plan B at the situation of Psycho Goreman getting free: Suicide

I just wanna say, It goes under appreciated how much effort goes into scripts like this. From an English essay standpoint, I love that he is using words like divorce and other things to break up the monotony of what could be an average sounding review. So psycho goreman has the same goal as thanos…. Only, you know, he wants to kill EVERYTHING
@CollinandBri3 жыл бұрын
It’s basically comic thanos as opposed to movie thanos. Comic thanos fell in love with death and vowed to show his love by killing the universe. His crush on death also makes him hate Deadpool because death actually wants DP because he can’t die and so thanos hates him.
