Hey there, you don’t have to change the SP tube unless you have to leave it in for over 6 weeks. It just has to be pulled at 3-4 weeks. You do have to flush it with antibiotics while it’s in to prevent infection.

Teams stage things differently, but I had scrotoplasty with my Stage 1. Stage 2 coming up in June will be implants to fill them out.
