My agency asked me who's my favorite clinical instructor. I replied "none". then they asked me to think of any favorite instructor instead, then I answered "Armando Hasudungan" haha. you are way better than my professors and my review instructors. thanks armando.

Good video! Just one detail, levodopa shouldn't be considered first line. It is absolutely a fantastic drug but in PD patients you want to delay the use of it as much as possible. Once you build up resistance to it you will have the same symptoms with or without the drug. Therefore it is preferable to start on other drugs and "save" the levodopa for later

It is a terrible disease especially from Stage 2 onwards. This might help. Take Vitamin B1 to tackle jerking body, quivering mouth and tightening of toe muscles. For my case I usually take 2 tablets each time, once a week. There are times, seldom, I take 2 tablets each time twice a week. Only take when acute symptoms appear

My friend was diagnosed with PD(Parkinson’s Disease) in the summer of 2012 and I was diagnosed 5 years ago. Her initial symptoms were quite noticeable so was mine. She first experienced weakness in her right arm and her speech and swallowing abilities were profoundly affected. She did so much to seek help for this disease, as she had been her brother's caregiver a few years earlier for the same disease. Early this year she started on organic/natural PD treatment from Best Dr Madida on KZbin which she introduced to me too. The treatment worked very effectively and all her symptoms and mine simply disappeared completely after 7 weeks of usage.

How does dopamine decide whether to stimulate or inhibit the gabanergic neurons?
@krishnapatel6822

I think it depends on if it binds to a D1 or D2 receptor (D1 is excitatory) and (D2 is inhibitory)
