We need more people like this in MMA. A lot of the fighters aren’t the greatest athletes. Amazing strength and conditioning like this would improve mma so much

Mr Daru i'm looking to get similar artificial turf in my garage as the one in the video and your gym, so i can train barefoot. Is the turf layed over concrete soft enough or do i need to put a bouncy underlay? Thanks for the videos big man!

If I understood correctly for the best results in explosive workout I need to keep the number of repetitions from 2 up to 6 reps, depends on each exercise. Am I correct?
@李濬-i8g4 жыл бұрын
as long as you can maintain the quality of your movements would be good, 2~6 are just general numbers
@dmitriybelous77754 жыл бұрын
can you explain the physiology of breath holds and vo2max increase?
@PhilDaruStrong4 жыл бұрын
Increasing CO2 saturation and hypoxia bringing down spo2 to right around 80-85% has the opportunity to naturally increase EPO oxygenated blood to the working muscles. Along with that we’re stressing the body to allow for greater adaptations in improving the ability to cope with air hunger. This is a protocol I took from oxygen advantage and art of breath.

Garbage! Where ist the Transformation between the exercises for explosiveness?? Like u doing slow squats and then do some 25 yard sprints! A lot of talk but no sense. U know what the two different muscles fibers r for, don’t u?! 😂😂👎🏾
