This was a very informative video. I’d heard of the landmine movement through the CrossFit and weightlifting community but had no idea how it could be used to improve functional movement for combat sports/fighting. Thanks for posting this video. From a 54-year old former collegiate boxer and retired Marine.

The exercise around 4: 12, reminds me of the way Tyson would load up for punches as he used evasive techniques, it looks very Gus Demattoish. Great stuff.

Hi Phil, thanks for being big enough to allow others the spotlight.. I agree that's a good bit of exercise equipment for small spaces... Two men with deep voices in the same video... You guys need to sing together... Peace.

Another awesome video! But, please consider losing the captioning on your videos...a bit distracting. The KZbin closed captioning function works pretty well already.

How would you split this into a weekly session. Would it go with legs, arms, or would you dedicate this to a separate day entirely?

I got some attachments. Landmine builds same results as olympic Lifts but you dont need years to learn technique

That looks like an amazing exercise to do. I would couple that with a hardstyle kettlebell bent press to build a solid base for the position where you hit that landmark. Peace!
