One of the reasons why I've watched your show for so many years is you do an incredible job of showing both sides to a story. We rarely get that anywhere else. These are "KZbin celebrities" but I think seeing how things can be manipulated when you only see one side can be applied across the board. With so much footage you could not have done this story justice in only 3-4 minutes. Keep doing what you do. This story needed this much time whether people care about the particular people or not.

If you know anything about media is that you cannot cover everything. If he talks about Harvey Weinstein, you could argue that he's cherry picking because obviously there are a lot of allegations. The main point is that sexual allegations happen and they need to be stopped. Likewise in this video, the misrepresentation and trust of news outlets have an impact. This story was front page Reddit, completely siding with the bar. So the real story being told is to have an open mind about things read.

As people who have worked in bars for a very long time I can tell you NEVER challenge the bouncer. Even if they are being a dick. Leave the establishment and then call the General Manager the next day during office hours. If you stand your ground, right or wrong, you will get thrown out. Period. Banks is actually lucky he wasn't thrown out in the alley and had the crap kicked out of him. I've seen that happen before, more than once. I am surprised that once he stayed outside that they didn't call the cops for loitering. That's how you get rid of the agitators and stop more fights from happening, like we see in the video.

The reason he stayed, for the most part, was because he has los his $7000 bracelet in the scuffle with the bouncers inside the bar and he was leaving on a flight home to LA the next day and wanted it back before he left the bar. It’s not an excuse, but it was his reason. Then, once that girl hit Alissa, it became more of a reason for him to stay because he was asking to speak with the manager on site and the staff refused to let him speak with her.

Work with security all the time. When you are asked to leave a restricted area you just need to leave. You do not need to wait outside the restroom for your adult girlfriend. He can wait up the stairs or literally anywhere else. Security guarda have to deal with the bs all the the time. They do not have time to wait down there with you to make sure you do go up eventually. There is literally no harm in waiting for her upstairs. Security guards will eject who they want when they want. Nothing illegal about that. Liscensed Bouncers tend to go through 5-10 hr specfic training in restraining indivduals. They will NEVER restrain unless forced to due to lawsuits. If you are a bouncer working at a bar it is likely you are not the type go get easily riled up. So I fully believe the bouncer did not restrain him until needed. Also, bouncers will not call over several more bouncers until necessary. It is essentially rasing the level of the situation and is a though over action. They have to weigh up wherever getting more people (which will always escalate the situation) is exactly needed.

Geert Bruineman Well if you want to be specific about it, he would talk about general drama. Vaguely controversial viral videos and celebrity gossip. Which is basically the same thing, especially given that most of the footage in this video game from a news stations coverage. Public figure gossip is public figure gossip, and I absolutely agree that he's quite funny and very watchable. A lot of that came down to the topics he covered too, which were able to survive in the KZbin ecosystem at the time because of topical gossip stories relevant to the smaller and younger audience available at the time.
