Genius! I am 77 & have been frustrated trying to convince my contemporaries to try OS. They will not get down on the floor. Thank you for a new pathway to success.

That's the most practical mobility routine I've ever seen, even for a young person who is recovering from injury (physical or mental). I will definately show this to my 87 yr old Mother in-law. Thanks Tim, you are uniquely gifted for teaching creative body movement for all ages.

I had these same ideas for starting back out for myself or others on a journey back to good physical health. Starting back on the floor like a baby. Thank you for your videos

You can help a lot of people if you can get them to play on the floor! Thanks for sharing!

Hey Tim, what do you think about ''tummy vacuums''?? Is it a decent way to build some reflexive strength? Thanks!
@OriginalStrengthSystem5 жыл бұрын
Hey, thanks for the question. I personally don’t do them, but I have nothing against them. I think they could be a great way to strengthen the mind-body connection and/or body awareness. But it is for that reason I don’t see them as a great way for building reflexive strength. They are very cognitive and not automatic, if that makes sense. Keep in mind, this is just my view point. If you enjoy them and they serve you well, keep at it!
