Phenomenally creative!! I love and use the reset superset all the time now. And often it’s just the resets!

I just tried this leaning on the 24K kettlebell like you were the deadlift bar. My swings were extra snappy and powerful with no “warm up.”

Hey @Tim! Great video, as always. I've been noticing a big downhill in my mobility the last few years as I near 50 and was wondering which video playlist(s) from your channel you recommend starting with. Specifically, my hips, thoracic, etc have terrible mobility. It's odd, because I am strong (squat, bench, DL, etc), but very poor mobility somehow. Thanks for all these great videos!

Hey! I would explore the rocking and rolling playlists. Those movements are fantastic for restoring mobility everywhere.

You were reading my mind weren't you! I generally have my BB set up at shoulder / squat height when not in use. It's a perfect height to anchor for upper body /shoulder mobility & stretching (post surf, post anything, or pre-workout). The rocking motion used at 3.00 is a frequent addition, although due to the height of the BB it's more a downward move into a squat. I also go from a squat to a hinge (like in a pendulum squat machine). To top it off, add in some rotations from the hips for a good mobilisation of the spine and shoulders (works a treat after a surf session ~ you'll have to try surfing too just to know what I mean 😉). I usually also have a dip station set up, at the same height. Perfect for rocking front to back to open up / mobilise the chest and upper back muscles. Great stuff!

I've gone back to a commercial gym after 8 years at my home gym only. There's no way I would get away with this without being asked to leave for making people uncomfortable 😂

I’ll be honest, that is really the fun of the whole thing! It’s so much fun, making people feel awkward
