In another video they said that the exercise at 1.30 is extremely wrong for herniated disc and the spine should be kept straight at all time.

that wasn't an exercise, that was a test to check for the pain you're experiencing, go back and watch it again.

At the 0:59 mark, you say to hold the position for 5-10 minutes. Do you mean 5-10 seconds?

Thank you this video is very useful for me. Have had running/tingling sensations going into inner ankle and heel, muscle trembling in back of thigh and leg, outer thigh numbness and crawling sensation, soreness in lower back and buttock. Had two mri and saw consultant no clear diagnosis despite having disc degeneration at L3 and 4 and some inflammation on facet joint. Consultant said No nerves are compressed from spine. Tightness around outer waist when lying on opposite side. Some hard chairs make it worse. Could barely walk 4 months ago. Seeing a physiotherapist but no clear cut diagnosis. I have lumbar lordosis so maybe that’s the cause? Now SI joint soreness and the sensations are starting again into my leg. The 1st exercise makes symptoms worse, the second leg across stretch felt really good and has instantly taken some discomfort away from my buttock/hip region. Tingling in left foot as well as right side symptoms. So tired of all of it. But your videos are beneficial, they are clear and concise.

@@irababystwo I hope you get better. I have relatively few symptoms now. I found the answer for me was sleeping on my back with a lumbar support in the lower back curve and using the support when sitting. For some reason this made my symptoms disappear. It’s worth trying.

@@user-uc7qb1su4e I have si joint dysfunction. The pain starts in my SI joint and then the tingling starts in my foot. I couldn’t sleep on my side as the hip started pulling and hurting. I also found that if I lay on my back my lower abdomen muscles would start to tighten and spasm. I would have to pull my legs up slowly and then hip outwards. The only thing that helps is deep tissue massage with a massage gun and sitting on a tennis ball rolling it around finding sore spots. This helps a lot.

I underwent femoral neck fracture surgery last year, July 2023. I watched your video and some position aren't allowed for me, especially doing de cuatro (it's español language), plank pose....What can you suggest?

Sir, I have a burning sensation on my thighs and lower legs when standing or walking. when walking more, I feel sough on my lower legs and thighs too. I had a MRI last year. The radiologist got the impression that "Degenerative Dic Disease and Facet Arthropathy result in moderate left neurohormonal stenosis at L4-L5 and moderate right neurohormonal stenosis at L5-S1." I am wondering whether this stretch will my symptoms better. your response is highly appreciated.

Hello, many thanks for what you are doing. ❤️ I have tried the exercises for s1 and l4 and I am doing them everyday 2 times a day. Can you please advise or make a video what can I do if I have a pinched l4 nerve since February 2022 and my right heel cannot raise my whole foot when all the weight is on this right and I used to have dumbness on the side of my big toe. When I am walking, my right food is slapping because the heel does not take the weigh, but rather the whole foot. I think it is because the peroneal nerve is compressed under the knee due to the l4 compression. I would be very thankful because I have tried everything what I could find online and what doctors gave me and so far there is no change.

Hi, I suffered from COVID-19 in 2021. It was severe, spent 9 days on ventilator. After 4 days of recovery, I got paralyzed both legs. I went for MRI scan then discovered that L4 n L5 discs bulges. I went for physiotherapy. My challenge right now is, if I stand for more than 10-15 mins I feel sharp pain at my lumber. What might be the problem, please help.

Tried the first exercise seemed ok but after an hour back pain is exacerbated so bad I can’t do much of anything. Proceed with caution. Not advised for l4-5 protrusions
