Thinking in context with patient please try to explain every technique how many times & how long it should be applied?
@Physiotrendz2990Ай бұрын
From treating patients point of view, it’s always subjective. Normally we give 20-30 oscillations for 2 to 3 sets for each glide

Protocol how to strength the quadriceps from grade 2 ...pls sir answer
@Physiotrendz29903 жыл бұрын
For strengthening quadriceps from grade-2 to 3 1. Initiate active knee extension in side lying position with minimum resistance, you can use wooden board to adjust inclination to add resistance. 2. Initiate Isometric contraction of quadriceps with hold. Increase hold time with progression 3. Active assisted knee extension in high sitting position 4. Initiate weight acceptance on affected side with support and progress to independent weight acceptance. *make sure you progress in exercise and number of repetitions gradually. * give enough rest after exercise for better recovery. *keep assessing strength for better output . Hope it helps😃

In this mobilization technique of knee joint of anterior glide which will be increased ROM of knee. Extension Am I right ??. My question is that according to kisner a position of improving knee extensions is porn what will be the better position of knee Extension and flexion both mobilization??.
@Physiotrendz2990Ай бұрын
Yes as it follows concave convex rule , anterior glide will improve extension and posterior glide will improve flexion. And best position will be in high sitting position for mobilization
