In a previous video, I shared with you how to make quick and easy, no canning required pickled eggs, well today in this video, I’m going to show you how to take those pickled eggs and turn them into this delicious potato salad!  if you from the south like me, you know how important potato salad is to every Sunny family dinner! I have never had it with sugar. I will be trying this next time I make some potato salad and let you know. I will probably like both lol

You don’t really add a lot of sugar, just enough to balance out the tanginess of the vinaigrette. It’s totally optional. Happy cooking! 🫶🏽♥️Sarah
