My psychologist also suggested the 5-4-3-2-1 exercise for stress and anxiety and it REALLY helps me especially when i feel like im overthinking. But her method suggested listing 1 good thing about yourself instead 1 thing you can taste and this also helps with self-esteem and being happier with yourself! I hated it at first because i didnt think i had any good qualities but the more i did it the more worth i saw in myself! Please try this if you have anxiety, stress or worry about your worth!

I use it for my panic attacks, but I need to focus on things that I can see, taste or smell. Very helpful, especially when it happens outside and in crowded places. I just step aside, preferably next to a window, start chewing on gum or mints and do just the 3-2-1.

Nurul 'Aqilah i personally wak up around 5:30 i wash and do the prayer and prepare breakfast and leave the house at 6:35 , now that the time change the prayer is at 5:14 so i wak up 30minutes early ans do the prayer and i still have a lot of time after to do what i wanna do, i can not leave the house without doing my prayer

Living in urban city, morning is too hectic for me as we need to rush to work. Fajr prayer is around 5.30 in my place, then after the prayer we need to quickly leave to work or else a 30 minutes drive will going to take 2 hours in traffic jam

Introducing this waking up immediately after the clock alarm to my life was a huge and the best thing for me. If I don’t do that I feel so sleepy, which is really funny, because I’m sleeping more then. I’m doing this for 3 years, it’s now a habit, but I regret not doing that when I was going to school. Also the cleaning before leaving - the best feeling is when you come back home and everything is cleaned🖤

I became a mother 50 years ago and that’s when I started an early morning “Quiet Time”. Praying and meditating always paid off well, all day. I can't believe how is that a channel like yours hasn't reached a million followers yet. I'm so thankful for all your advices. One of the most important values in my life is to be congruent in everything I do, and I think that I have slowly improved in many areas, however I still struggle with the exercise area, I consider myself a morning person as well, so I want to be consistent exercising in the morning but my questions has always been if I should exercise before or after having breakfast. I hope you can help me with the answer :)

So today I tried this healthy morning habit and I LOVE IT! It's definitely something needed! I definitely felt the difference in my attitude and approach for my day. This is for sure something I plan to continue and make a habit.

I don’t like videos that does a lot of talking, but why I’m addicted to you sadia? I’m a beginner on veganism, I have been a vegetarian for 8 years now, all of your videos have motivated me to start a new lifestyle. I’m bringing fruits with me whenever I leave my house, I make oats with fruits for my breakfast, next I’m going to make my own milk and yogurt, after that making my own bread, but as you mention 1at a time. Thank you Sadia! ☺️

I’ve been getting so lazy in the mornings. I do not want to get out of bed and sadly this has made me miss some of my classes. I’m now trying to just motivate myself and watch some videos to get myself motivated and slowly reach my potential. This was just lovely, thank you. I appreciate what you said about only incorporating one new thing at a time, so that you’re not overwhelmed. That makes a lot of sense to me. I also liked what you said about just making small incremental changes and then they begin to grow. That makes so much sense. Reminds me of something that my boss said the other day, something is better than nothing. And I’m understanding that those little somethings get you further, then the nothings. When I wake up at 5:30am it’s dark too. I have an hour commute to work. This all sounds really nice but I don’t have that type of leisure in the morning. I could probably try it on a weekend.
