Are these drills safe for younger athletes? I mean, my kid is a 7 yo soccer player having no problem with more basic ladder drills like icky shuffle, in and outs, lateral runs etc. And despite all the bad rep they get I think they were a huge help in developing his quick feet skills. So my question is will he benefit from these hip flip drills or is it too early for his body, what do you think?
