LGBT Activist TAUNTS Howard From Halifax in Pronoun Badges Debate

British bank Halifax recently decided that all employees will wear badges with their name and pronouns in support of gender identity and the trans community. When faced with some backlash online for this change, the bank put out a statement saying: “We strive for inclusion, equality and quite simply, in doing what's right. If you disagree with our values, you’re welcome to close your account.”
Piers Morgan Uncensored is joined by the former star of Halifax TV adverts Howard Brown and LGBTQ activist and comedian James Barr to debate whether this is inclusive or “bonkers”. Despite being the face of Halifax for many years, Howard disagrees with the new proposition and thinks the bank “should always put the customer first” and that these badges “detract from that”. He also says that he thought Halifax considered themselves “the people's bank” and that they have “missed the mark”.
James then suggests that Howard is “irrelevant” in this conversation because “he hasn’t been the face of Halifax in over 10 years”. He then goes on to say “gay marriage wasn’t legal” when Howard was the face of Halifax , pointing out “the world is in a very different place now”. Piers responds by saying that is a ridiculous statement that has nothing to do with the pronouns debate. James then asks Piers why he is so offended by these badges and Piers responds by saying that when a bank tells their customers to “sod off” when they don’t agree with their policies, people will just switch banks.

It's the LGBTQ+ community that continues to push the pronoun usage on everyone, even though the vast majority of the population look like their pronouns. So this tiny minority now wants everyone to forget that the vast majority of the population have already been using the regular binary pronouns for millennia, like the he/him, or she/her pronouns. Also the Non Binary, and Gender Fluid individuals keep on adding pronouns to this day, and could be added whenever they want to add new gender identity pronouns. But lets not forget that its the Non Binary and Gender Fluid individuals that can change their gender identity whenever they want to. So today they could use they/them, and a week from now they could change it to Ze/Zer, or any of the other made up pronouns that were recently added over the last few years. The onus needs to be on the individuals that don't look like who they want to be, and not on the vast majority of society. If you look like both a woman, and a man, and you went out of your way to look like that, then that is on you, and the onus is NOT on the vast majority of the population to go along with your feelings, or your pronoun usage. Now as far as making people wear pronouns that have nothing to do with the Trans, Non Binary, or Gender Fluid community, and those individuals look like their pronouns, then there is no need for them to be wearing pins, badges, or even an article of clothing that has their pronouns on it. That is a fail for society to get the vast majority of the population to go along with this pronoun usage, especially since its only a tiny amount of the public that will actually want to use different pronouns. The tiny few are trying to get society as a whole to jump on board with pronoun usage, so that this tiny minority that actually cares about their different pronouns, will not feel left out, and will feel included, and better about themselves in society. Overall this is a burden on the vast majority of the population, and the reason why it is a burden on society, is when others can now be charged for mis-gendering, or not using someones pronouns. So when some of these individuals can still change their pronouns whenever they want. Then how can anyone take any of this pronoun usage seriously? Yet the people that want to keep changing their pronouns could get triggered, feel hurt, and then charge someone for not using their preferred pronouns. That is complete BS.

Johnnie Cochran made himself the spokesperson for the black community in LA and sympathy for race relations plummeted when Cochran kept saying everything was about race and OJ was acquitted. I work for a very liberal arts institute and when pronouns in signatures were suggested I said I don't want a pronoun in my signature and they said 'ok' and we all went about our lives. 14 years ago there was a trans person working as a cashier in a shop local to me, when I first saw 'her' it threw me a bit but I wasn't a bit bothered, nobody I knew was, everyone's attitude was pretty much "each to their own" and "whatever floats your boat". Fast forward 14 years and now some lgbtq+ people are protesting for 'trans inclusion' and screaming "trans women are women" in the faces of the general public. These trans activists are actually achieving the complete opposite of their supposed intended goal. The activist is illogical. Gender pronouns don't change because they're related to gender (man/woman) which is immutable. The mutable thing is gender identity which are the numerous sex/gender stereotypes that you choose (Wearing dresses, masculine demeanour, competitiveness etc). A man who chooses to adopt female stereotypes (including having surgery to exhibit the superficial appearance of a woman) has changed his gender identity not his gender and so it's illogical for him to try and claim that his pronouns are now different. (And no he isn't entitled to change pronouns because he "feels like a woman" or "identifies as a woman" because both of those are abstract concepts).

For example, We don't have laws that allow people to be physically harmed if they're homosexual or commit adultery. It's dishonest to state "basic human decency" and imply that people are bad for simply acknowledging biological science and that there's a distinct difference between being a woman and adopting stereotypes typically associated with a woman. Feelings shouldn't have any basis in law for very obvious reasons. We both know that you agree with that final statement, except in one particular instance apparently.

Well, I’m not sure this concept of sex necessarily works very well when we speak of humans and in particular transgender people. Have a look at Rametti et al and Kranz et al. Both agree that there is a marked difference between the transgender brain and cisgender brain even before cross-sex hormones. One states that transgender brains have more similarities with that of their gender identity rather than biological sex and the other states that they are roughly in-between their biological sex and gender identity. This is theorised to be in pre-natal development and early post-natal development. There is a literal mix-match between their brain and other organs which determine their sex. Surely our brain and therefore our conscious take precedence over other anatomy? So, isn’t the sex of transgender people really the sex of their desired gender?
